Cookbook Author Announces "Ten Classic Italian Recipes" series

Middletown, CT July 3, 2004 -- Cookbook author, Skip Lombardi has announced the publication of the first two of a series of e-books, "Ten Classic Italian Recipes." The first two titles are, "Ten Classic Italian Pasta Recipes," and "Ten Classic Italian Soup Recipes." Other titles in the works are, "Ten Classic Italian Dessert Recipes," and "Ten Classic Italian Antipasti Recipes"

"I've begun writing these e-books in response to feedback from visitors to my Web site," said Mr. Lombardi. "Readers have indicated a desire to have a simple collection of 'all the biggies' in one place, rather than search through chapters in a larger, more diverse cookbook."

The e-books—published as PDF files—are manageable enough to be practical to print at home, as well as to read from the screen of a computer.

"Italian food and cooking have become ubiquitous." Mr. Lombardi said, "I believe that anyone who has a kitchen will recognize and appreciate each of these recipes, and that my e-books will make their lives in the kitchen simpler, and more enjoyable."
